Exchange Policy

We wish to notify you that exchange of all items has to be done within 7 days from date of receive.

All exchange items should be unused and in complete original packaging box.

Please note that return & refund will NOT be accepted.

Requirements for Exchange:

  • Must include a valid original purchase order number from Purchases made outside of our website must contact respective seller for returns.
  • Exchange products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
  • Exchange products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum S$5 restocking fee.
  • Return shipping fee is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
  • Customer will be given an Exchange Product—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

*Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery *Please Note: All Sale and Promotional Items are not eligible for Exchanges or Warranties.
